Villa Azur: bright and spacious villa of 250 m2 on a plot of 2000 m2, with its large pool of 11x5, 5 large air-conditioned rooms including 2 bedrooms equipped with a kitchen (apartments) and its beautiful garden with lots of palm trees and lots of space.
The view (sea) is splendid in all places.
Stay of 70 m2! with sea view, pool and garden.
Dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, Nespresso machine, icemaker, and Nespresso machine fridge-freezer, ice maker, pyrolysis oven and fridge-freezers.
The neighborhood
Presentation:
Very popular location: several beaches are close (10 min walk) including the famous beach of Nartelle and you will have the advantage of not using the car to reach the center of Sainte-Maxime by the simplibus (2.5 euro the day).
Join in 5 minutes the center and its lovely, typical and pedestrian area: traditional restaurants, bars and sidewalk cafes, food trades, grocery stores, ice cream parlors, bakeries, old covered or street market, carousel for children, and the estate of the Golf of Sainte-Maxime.

The price is function of the number of persons. There is a standard price a week for 2 persons (depending of the period) and an extra cost of 26 euro per night per person.
This price structure is only for the low and mid season. In high season, prices vary between 4400 and 5300 euro. Please contact the owner for more details.
Remarq: in low and mid season, when people are for instance 2, not all 5 rooms will be opened. But the villa (and swimming pool) is exclusively for the guest.
