Enjoy your own bit of Italy at the Villa – with the pool and space inside and out you won’t be crowded, and with 3 huge terraces and 6 eating areas you will be spoilt for choice on the most fantastic views in all of Puglia. Okay, so we are biased, but they ARE truly spectacular at any time of day. Our large main eating area seats 18 but there are smaller areas to eat on each terrace as well as the BBQ area, all covered for your comfort. To truly take it all in, have evening drinks on the top terrace and see the sun go down – perfect!

Additional information about rental rates

Prices (£) are based on full property being taken for 7 days. There are Discounts for long lets in any season. Out of season we can offer smaller areas of villa for shorter periods time. Guests may arrive on any day of the week. Arrival times are no earlier than 5 pm. Check-out is no later than 11am on the departure date. We require a 20% deposit to hold your booking and full payment nearer to your arrival date. To confirm your bookings please let us know by email once the payment has been sent and we will confirm receipt with an email. Once Full payment has been confirmed, then we will send you directions, maps, terms and conditions, phone numbers and any other information you will need for your stay at Villa Silvana (Staff and chef are all optional - consult us for your tailor-made holiday!)
You can travel to Puglia all year-round because of its temperate climate. In fact, the region is pretty dry. So, if you are looking strictly for a beach or seaside destination, May – October is the best time for you. Also there are some benefits to travelling off-season – including less crowds and tourists. Taking a trip during the winter months may also cost less, allowing you to spend more time in your destination, that is why villa Silvana is open all year round allowing you to enjoy Puglia whenever it is convenient for you.
For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of £250.00.
For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one nights rent.
There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
Travel Insurance is advised.
