A perfect resort for families and couples who want to enjoy a quiet beach holiday and still just want to be 10 minutes from the city center. Ideally for people who want a city holiday, but still enjoy a laid back village atmosphere. The nearest restaurant is 80m, the bakery next door and a small supermarket just 200m away.
The space
There are 2 villas built on the 3000m² plot, both with sea view and both with their own private space.
The new built 2 floor villa is decorated with modern design furniture and minimal architectonic. It is set in a beautiful colorful garden with herbs and fruit trees. The main entrance on the ground floor leads into the modern bright kitchen-living area which features a large modern corner sofa, coffee tables, a Flat screen TV and panel windows. The fully equipped kitchen is modern with kitchen bar and 3 stools, features a 4 ring cooker, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and will make your cooking a pleasure. On the ground floor there is also a WC.
The stairs lead to the first floor, consisting of 2 modern double bedrooms each with a large ward robe and balcony with beautiful sea view and 1 modern bathroom with walk in shower.
Outdoor
The villa has a terrace, furnished with a table and six chairs with sea view. In the back of the second villa there is herb garden with fruit trees, where you can pick seasonal fresh produce.
There is a private parking space on the premises that fits 2 cars.
The whole plot is fenced and closed with an electric gate and controlled by a security alarm.
Guest access
You have access to the entire villa, and the herbs garden, where you can pick fresh herbs for your delicious home cooked meals.
